serves as President of Elim Fellowship and teaches Prophetic Ministry at Elim Bible College. With decades of experience in pastoral and traveling ministry, he continues to minister across the U.S. and internationally, with a focus on preaching and the prophetic. Phil carries a deep desire to see people encouraged and strengthened through the grace and gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Phil McNeill

is part of the faculty of Elim Bible College and Founder and Director of Creative Word Ministries. An in-depth Bible teacher with prophetic anointing, Sylvia seeks the Lord for a “Word in season” for each ministry opportunity. She has been taking the “Creative Word” to the world since 1970.

Sylvia Evans

is the son of longtime missionaries to Mexico, Robbie and Pat Evans and a graduate of Elim Bible College. He has served Elim Grace Church in Oswego NY for 25 years and currently serves as Senior Pastor.

Jonathan Evans

Peter Mayer

has served as Lead or Associate Pastor in four congregations for over 45 years. The Lord has called him to preach, teach, and prophesy God’s Word. He has traveled to Africa ministering to leaders over 20 times. Currently retired from full time ministry, he serves Grace Shrewsbury Church in Shrewsbury PA, as Associate Pastor.

is an Ordained Minister, teacher, speaker, and Founding Director of Davids KidZ International, a non-profit child sponsorship and community aid program, bringing the message of Gods’ love in practical ways. For over 25 years she’s ministered prophetically here and abroad. Kristy has a passion to see God’s love release new purpose and destiny to the family of God.

Kristy Camp

together with his wife Pat, has served the Lord in Mexico and other nations under the auspices of Elim Fellowship since May of 1979. During those years he has planted churches, directed Bible Schools, written a few books, and has pastored pastors. Since 1995 he has been an itinerant minister, flowing in his gifts of teaching and prophecy.

Robbie Evans

is a graduate of Elim Bible College majoring in Pastoral Ministry. A passionate servant-leader, Jessica has devoted her life to equipping and empowering others to walk in their God-given identity and calling. She currently serves at the Executive Administrator of Resurrection Life Fellowship in Madison, NY.
